Liu Minyi, male, born in 1962, graduated from Department of Engineering Thermophysics, University of science and technology of China.
He has worked in Huaneng Group electric power thermal Research Institute Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Energy Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Guangzhou Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences. As the project leader, assistant director and director of scientific research department of Guangzhou Energy Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and director of science and Technology Cooperation Department of Guangzhou Branch.
He has been engaged in energy saving technology research, science and technology management, technology transfer, achievement transformation and science and technology cooperation. He has successively undertaken more than ten energy-saving projects of the Ministry of electric power and horizontal commissioned R & D projects of enterprises, published a monograph on analysis and evaluation of thermal insulation energy conservation in thermal power plants, more than ten research and consulting projects in soft science, and one soft science research work and two science and technology management theses.
In recent years, he has served as science and technology consultant of Liwan District, Foshan City, Huizhou City, Jieyang City and Huicheng District Government of Huizhou City.
